Training course on human rights and drug free policy in French-speaking Africa

The training and Research Unit (UFR) of Legal and Political Science of University Gaston Berger of St Louis (UGB) organize, in partnership with Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA) and the Foundation Open Society, the first session of training in West Africa on human rights and drug free policy in French-speaking Africa » from November 6 to 11, 2017 at Dakar, Senegal.

 The objective of this training session is to open exchange spaces to address current efficient answers to drug use and investigate on possible reforms respectful to human rights and promoting risks reduction. Mainly, it concerns participants’ capacity building to share the vision of drug addiction refunding centered on users through identification of legal framework by taking into consideration human right dimension and risks reduction. ANCE-Togo will certainly take part of this important training session.
